I have an old version of My Label Designer (still have the CD) which I haven't used in many years and now I need to open some previously saved files in .BCF format. Please help.

User question: Unfortunately, older versions of software may not be compatible with newer operating systems like Windows 10. One solution could be to try running the software in compatibility mode. You can right-click on the program's executable file, go to Properties, then Compatibility tab, and try running it in compatibility mode for an older version of Windows. Another option could be to try finding a newer version of the software that is compatible with Windows 10. Additionally, you could try reaching out to the software developer for support or look for any updates or patches that may address compatibility issues.

To contact the writer/designers of "MyLabel Designer Deluxe" and inquire about updating the program to a current operating system, you can try reaching out to the software company directly through their website or customer support channels.
As far as I can see, the software comes in box version from the Avanquest website, meaning that it installs from a CD. In such cases, there is no need to register the software since it comes from the original CD.
Also, for most applications of this type, the registration window should appear at the end of the installation or when you start the software. If that doesn't happen, go to Help > Register and follow the instructions.
I need to make a barcode and do not know how. Can you help?

The software features product barcoding. You can access this function from the Business tools in the menu bar. Additionally, open the software and press F1 or go to Help > Contents. You will have all the necessary instructions posted under Getting Started. Additionally, go to the installation folder and locate the user guide in PDF file format. You will need a compatible PDF reader to open the file.
Will your MyLabel Designer Deluxe directly open my MyAdvancedLabelDesigner database files (.mlb)?

No, you can't open the MLB file format. The software supports the following file formats: EPS, PCX, WMF, TIFF, BMP, EMF, DIB, WPG, IMG, JPG, & PCD. There is nowhere mentioned about MLB which means it doesn't have support for this file type. You can check by yourself on the official website of the product. Visit the page, then click on Features link to expand the category. You will see the supported file types listed on the page.
We have a very old version, which saves in file formats like ".mld", ".fsif", ".msif" and ".bcf". Will the newest version open these files?
